declaration of structural engineer

Hi everybody,

I'm trying to translate a declaration of a structrural engineer. I have never done this before and I'm just looking for the correct English expressions, the ones that are really used in these cases.

Could say anybody where can I find a good sample for the formulas normally appear in these kinds of documents?

It should say:

I, the undersigned___________, Master of Building Engineering, the structural designer on behalf of the _____________ Ltd., certify that during the designing process of the  building in question, all the concerning and valid rules, regulations and standards were kept, departing from them was unnecessary.

Is it similar or at least totally understandable for an Englishman?

thanks a lot

I am a native English speaker. The translation seems to me to be correct except the last part where you say"...departing from them was unnecessary".  I can not confirm that this is correct without an understanding of the intent of the statement.

Please let me know what you mean here.  Thank you.
