may i ask if its okay to work in other country that i don't have a work permit, because i have a friend came as a tourist and try to find a job and she find a job and now she's working and have no working permit at all. The company she's working could provide her a working permit to be legal in that country and she's working in the embassy. Is there any case about that if they found out she has no working permit and she's working in that country. Please i really need advise so i can tell her what she do. Thank you

An Embassy is considered the sovereign territory of the country it represents and is therefore subject to their own country and not the host country.

Many millions of people work without papers in other countries.  If she is working in the Embassy of her own country there should be not problem.
