Perhaps consult a psychiatrist first, in the hope of identifying why you resorted to this damaging habit in the first place.

Then consult a qualified hypnotherapist to hopefully cure you of it. I emphasise: qualified.

There is a psychological component to this disease as well as a physical one.  The good news is that you can recover from Bulimia.

Personally, I would seek professional help from an experienced healthcare professional.  If that is not available to you should know that all thoughts cause chemical releases in the brain.  When that chemistry is out of balance there wlll be physical manifestations.

The stomach is known as the "second brain".  It senses the environment around us and within us.  If for some reason the stomach senses a threatening substance it will try to purge.  You might work on eating and drinking in small amounts healthy foods that promote an overall well being.

Of course as a person become dehydrated due to vomiting and malnourished due to not being able to absorb food the body becomes more stressed out.  When all of this becomes associated with psychological pressures there can be a cascading effect where one thing feeds the other.

To be effective any solution would have to address all the issues: Nutrition, psychological and overall health.  You would have to retrain the body and mind to respond appropriately to stress.  This probably requires a trained practioner.

Tell us more about your situation. Let us know what seems to help and what does not.
