Not only has the level of discipline dropped but so has 'Respect'

Once the children are educated with the laws, there's havoc to come.

Thay know they cant be jailed because of being a minor & they're not being disciplined at school or at home so they can steal & not be reprimaned for it, what a wonderful perfect world we're creating, LOL

Some changes are definitely required in this department. Yes.
