about 4PM, I applied, on line, to open and operate on the "Daily Paycheck account. My listed user name and password was on the site and approved, and I was referred to a website which had my information on it already, as I assume, an account to use for operations in the Daily paycheck. The information included previous sign up for 2 years and Daily Paychecks participation, as I mentioned, had the information as already listed. It was for a Visa account, which i have had and used just recently. But I wanted to use my current Mastercard account for the Paycheck account and program.

After filling out all the information, I logged the info on to Street Authority to process my actions with Daily Paycheck. The site I was on, challenged my card number information on my VISA and my Mastercard accounts. As I was trying to correct what I saw on the site as mis-information, including the mis-spelling of my first name (the I in Richard was not typed in), the entire Street Authority site went blank; and I was cut off completely, unable to get back on the site.

I am very disappointed; because I have used Street Authority in the past for information and potential actions. The response I received yesterday was not like any I have received before from Street Authority. I was cut out of much of the site; and as I tried to get back in this morning, the site indicated my user name and password were not valid. This is unacceptable for a quality operation such as Street Authority.

Can anybody at Street Authority contact me (so I am not having to work through announcements for some other sales pitch which I am not interested in at this point) and tell me if I can be reinstated, then help me get into the Daily Paycheck account to operate on the program for Daily Paycheck activities? You should have my information; but I will repeat it:

Also, the credit card info was included with only the last 4 digets. I could not verify the previous 12 (?) digets; But I have used my Mastercard recently (as late as last evening when I paid for dinned with my wife); and the card was accepted. Same for Visa in recent previous purchases.

I cannot get back into your site since my info to sign in has been declared invalid. Why, I do not know. My current (before this latest rejuction) account was valid.I would prefer to fill in my own credit card numbers.I cannot vouch for the numbers your people have used. They were wrong and led to this very unfortunate fiasco. Thank You, Richard Lawrence.
