I am not a medical professional, however have suffered with the low back pain. The major reason is sitting posture, posture while lifting the weight, profession calling for extensive travel , road conditions & vehicle.
The comfortable but bent back posture is dangerous! Straight back is to be preferred. While lifting weights, the forward bending & lifting at distance to be avoided, the weight is to be as near as to the body & starting from sitting position to standing up is the advised one. Travelling on motorbyke/scooters to be avoided on rough road. THe extensive travel by road causes backache.

Generally the back bone it calls vertebral column , the space will decreases in the vertebrae or narrow the space between the vertebrae, when ever the space decreases then the nerves are compress so it occurs pain . so you should have to take one X-ray to conform the case. it is easy to treat in PHYSIOTHERAPY when in good diagnose , so plz take a X-ray and meet me . drcshahjahan786@gmail.com.
