Ownership of cemetery plot

I am the sole survivor of my parents and siblings.  My parents have an unused cemetery plot and I would like my son to be buried there when the time comes.

When a estate has been properly probabted ownership of property should be transferred to the next of kin.  If there is a doubt about that you need to seek legal advice or talk to the providers of the plot to see if they will allow you to take possession of it.
