Hello Everyone, 

I have noticed there is a huge number of ppl who want help with software questions, but dont decribe their problem with any detail or any info on what they've done to try to fix it.

A lot of the problems in this forum are not difficult to resolve, but without the right info or explanation it is near impossible as Technicians refuse to do mind reading & we're not allowed a crystal ball.!

The more info you write about your problem, the eaiser & faster to get an answer.

You need to write what software you're using or having problems with.

What you've done so far to try fix it.

Remember,.. You can always write your problem in your own language, then use Goggle Translate to convert it to English, then copy & paste into here.
