If you believe that the moon landings ever took place?  Neil Armstrong was the official first man to ever step on the moon.  The second was Buzz Aldrin.

Wikipedia says, " He set foot on the Moon at 03:15:16 (UTC) on July 21, 1969, following mission commander Neil Armstrong. He is also a retired United States Air Force pilot."

greenshield, take a look at this:

www.nasa.gov/mission_pages/apollo/revisited/

and henceforth please try harder to curb your delusions of the world being full to the brim with conspiracies. People just aren't that clever, and it's actually easier to just carry out the darned mission!
