Enshrine fundamental right "EQUALITY BEFORE LAW" to women under clause 14.of constitution of India.

I am working on the women's fundamental rights of 'EQUALITY BEFORE LAW' enshrined in the constitution of India under clause 14th. 

But I found that all type of marriage laws are enacting TWO MARRIAGE MATURITY AGES to the both.Here women are not treated equal before law.

Different law for difference women. It is injustice and deprivation of fundamental right. i e . Marriage territory law, ritual marriage laws, Provincial marriage laws , like family law of Goa , Daman , Diu . and French Civil Code of Pondichery. etc..... please guide me technical and help me , to provide women's fundamentals right under clause   14th only. My struggle is continues since last 4 years.My public Interest litigation no.121 of 2012.in Gujarat High Court at Ahmedabad. Gujarat. India.
