Hello to whom it may concern,

I missed 5 steep steps and fell on my ribs & my liver.

Very hurt the 1st two days and getting better.

My question is: if I do not go to the Doctor will my liver heal from this contusion?

The liver heals very fast.  In month every cell in the liver is replaced.  As to whether or not you should see a doctor, only you can determine that.
