How I Recovered From Stroke

My friend, Frank, who a emergency room nurse has no clue about health.  I asked him why did I have high blood pressure.  He told me that my blood pressure was high because I was “black”.  Here was a 20 year veteran of the medical industry and he had no idea about why a person has high blood pressure.

Frank accepted the fact that black people have a higher incidence of high blood pressure, diabetes, cancer, stroke and heart disease than other populations in America.  The common thought is that it is somehow related to “race”.  Frank accepted this meme.  He himself had high blood pressure and type II diabetes.  He was on medicines that had the unfortunate side effect of causing erectile dysfunction, vitamin and mineral deficiencies, alzheimers, heart problems, poor circulation and increased risk of stroke.

Not only was Frank putting himself at risk of numerous degenerative breakdowns but his hospital colleagues, doctors and nurses also were prescribed the same medications and had the same complications with the only difference being they were not black.

It was at this point that I began thinking about my own health.  What were the mistakes that I had made which had lead to a deterioration of my health?

My parents gave me vaccines as a baby.
I ate a high calorie diet of pancakes and syrup, bread, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, rice, candy, soda pop
My mother fed us plenty of processed foods in cans or tins
I was an athlete playing baseball, football, running, bike ridding, etc.
I had allergies and severe asthma all my childhood which was medicated
I drank very little water and sweated a lot
As I became an adult my behavior did not change
I was still eating a poor diet thinking that it was healthy by TV standards
Lots of cereals for breakfast
Low fat milk
Beer, Wine
Foods laden with additives
Lean meats
Vegetables that were over cooked and grown in nutrient depleted soils

And then I had a stroke!  I was completely paralyzed on the right side of my body and unable to speak.

It did not take long for me to learn what I had done wrong.  The first thing my wife and I did was to question the doctors and investigate ways of using food to improve my condition.  In that process I learned that the doctors had no clue as to why I, a healthy 182 cm, 95 kilo muscular tennis instructor had had a stroke.  But still the doctor prescribed dangerous drugs and saw no benefit to diet, vitamin and mineral supplementation.

I refused to take the drugs which as it turned out probably saved my life.  In the United States people who do not seek medical help live on average 7 years longer than people who do.  I then learned how to supplement correctly with vitamins and minerals.  I was so successful that I started a company selling the same supplements I use.

Today, I weigh 87 kilos, flat stomach and completely recovered with no drugs prescribed by the doctor.  How did I do this?  I did it by changing my diet and taking supplements.  Here are a list of some of the things I take and have taken that helped:

1. Drink plenty of water 1 liter of water for every 30 kilos of weight
2. Reduce calories by avoiding bread, flour, grains
3. Do not eat big juicy sugary fruits
4. Eat lots of raw vegetables in season, soups made with bones
5. No alcoholic beverages because they use additives and GMO in them
6. Everything made from scratch.  No processed foods
7. Increase protein by using powdered whey protein
8. Drink raw goat milk with fat, cheese, etc.
9. Use butter not margarine
10. Do not use vegetable oil and do not fry food
11. Use healthy fats like flax seed oil, cod liver oil, Nitric Oxide
12. Use the Beyond Tangy Tangerine with the 90+ essential vitamins and minerals
13. Take extra vitamin C, Vitamin E Delta Tocotrienol, Zinc, Magnesium, Selenium, Niacin,  Thiamine, wild blue berry extract from Kyani
14. Get plenty of sun daily
15. Use Himalayan salt throughout the day
16. Use Cayenne Pepper, Tumeric, Oregano oil
17. Use Chlorella or Spirulina
18. Serranol
19. Eat meat
20. Lots of fresh farm eggs
21. Phosphatidyl choline
22. Deep breathing
23. Walking and light exercising

As you can see my condition was easily improved without doctors.  Had I followed doctors advise my condition would have become life threatening.

Back to my friend Frank.  Frank may not be alive now.  He was in an advanced stage of diabetes.  He continued heavy drinking, eating processed foods and taking dangerous drugs.
