Hi,can anyone tell me does phen 357 have anphetamines in,?i am about to start taking phen 357 to help me loose weight,i am a little apprehensive in taking it,i also take 1 prozac daily for menapausal reasons.any advice out their please?x

I think you mean Phen 375. 

There is a new internet advertising technique of seeming to critique a product and then selling the product inside.  The unsuspecting consumer thinks he is getting an objective and honest review.  But actually its just more product promotion.  This is the same model used in the Phen 375 advertising. 

The logical question is if the product were so safe and healthy and good why the underhanded tactics?

It would do you and anyone else who wants to lose weight to understand why you are overweight in the first place.  Basically, when you see an overweight person you are looking at a person who is "starving".  As a result of not absorbing nutrition either from problems with digestion or a lack of nutrition in the food the body goes into stress from starvation for nutrition.  This causes you to eat wrongly in an attempt to feed the body.

When the body is in stress there will be cell inflammation and cell breakdown.

If you eat other substances like drugs, artificial additives, synthetic substances you only add to the stress and further breakdown.  Prozac has a terrible reputation for causing stress.  So do many other drugs.  So I would be careful if I were you about introducing more things that cause stress.

If you want to lose weight you have to eat and absorb the supplements that contain the 90+ vitamins and minerals that the human body needs every day.  I sell them on my website.

Your might try using melatonin which has a calming effect just before you sleep.  Many doctors prescribe Estrogen to parimenopausal and menopausal women.  Howver, Estrogen is a growth hormone and can cause the onset of cancer, weight gain and many other problems.

It has been found that many conditions are linked to vitamin and mineral deficiencies.  Be sure you are not deficient in any of these necessary nutrients.  Make sure you have no problem absorbing fat.  If you do have trouble absorbing fats you must correct digestive problems by eliminating foods that upset your digestion, perhaps using digestive enzymes, using broad specturm probiotics having at least 80 Billion units per day, eating fermented foods, restricting caloric intake and increasing protein.  Be sure to consume foods rich in omega 3 fatty acids like cod liver oil and flax seed oil.  Coconut oil is very good for you.  Use whole milk not low fat milk.  If you can not tolerate milk use acceptable substitues like goat milk.  Use apple cider vinegar with meals to help acidify the stomach and digest your minerals and vitamins.
