I am a Viet Nam Vet living in the Philippines.  I will be moving back to the states in 2014'  Am I and my wife entitled to a

Military I D card so we can shop on bases in the states? confuse

I do not believe so.  First you have to get her immigration which may not be that easy.  Why do you want to move back to the U.S.  They are due for a collapse.  Many people are leaving.
