Vegans are people who eat nothing but grains, vegetables, fruits and nuts. They believe that eating this way they will be healthier.
Becoming a vegan is a political statement. The rationale is that since cows eat fifty times more food than one person if we ate like cows we could feed fifty more people.
But there is a slight difference. Cows have four stomachs. Human's have only one. In those four stomachs are all the bacteria and organisms necessary to break down the grasses, grains and oils that cows consume. Humans do not have that capability. People can not live on pasture grass like a cow.
Poorly stored grains and the oils in the grains oxidize and turn into Transfatty Acids. Transfats cause free radicals which inflamme and destroy the arteries and causes clots and ruptures. Also vegans stir fry in oils which also turn into Transfatty Acids and clogs the arteries.
Eating medium rare meat or even raw meat has no transfats and does not cause clogged arteries.
Elevated Choloesterol has never caused any disease. Elevated Cholesterol is a red warning light like the ones found in the dashboards of cars. Have warning lights ever caused a car to breakdown? Saying that Cholesterol causes disease is like saying that warning lights cause cars to breakdown. Or fevers cause infections. They don't.
Normal blood Cholesterol is 220 to 270. When a person is not able to manufacture Cholesterol because they have gluten intolerance or some other problem like Cholesterol lowering drugs the Cholesterol might be low but you will become very ill and die. If for ten years you are taking Cholesterol lowering drugs and on a Cholesterol restrictive diet you increase your risk of Alzheimers to 100%. In other words you will get Alzheimer's disease.
Also, if for ten years you are on a Cholesterol lowering drug and on a Cholesterol restrictive diet you increase your chances of Type II Diabetes to 50%. Elevated Cholesterol is a red warning like for Low Thyroid, Diabetes and the deficiency of 6 different vitamins and minerals. It in itself causes nothing.
Now you know why vegans have more clogged arteries than meat eaters.
