Sounds like software conflict, if you recently downloaded any Apps or installed some files via the 'cloud' then that Could be the cause of it.
Try deleting the App or data file if you did so then see what happens,.. Alternatives are,.. Have you Jailbroken your phone.?
You must have done something to it recently for it to cause this,
Jailbreaking is not always safe or recommended.
if all else fails then you may have to visit your local Tech shop.
