The Nazis tried this.  Now it is common practice.  The idea that the earth had too many people was promoted by Thomas Robert Malthus. 

People who believe in this are Malthusians.  The funny thing is they do not volunteer to be eliminated.  Now a days it is very common in academic circles for social scientist to openly talk about ways of killing the population.  Dr. Erik Pianka leads the fight for killing the population to crowds of cheering people

Its not only the condoms but the food, water, air, vaccines and drugs are designed to make you unable to have babies.

They do not want you to have babies.

Bill Gates, Ted Turner, the Club of Rome, Margaret Sanger and many more globablist want to reduce the population from 7 Billion to 500 Million.

By the way Bill Gate's father was the head of Planned Parenthood which is an organization which was created to prevent people from having children.

If you look at fertility rates you will see that Europe and America have a negative population growth due to infertility. 

Added to this is the on going programs to increase deaths.
