i just wanna asked what is the best way for faster recovery of the person who undergo a appendecitis operation

Many doctors say that the appendix serves no useful purpose.  We naturopathic practioners do not believe that there is any part of the body that is unnecessary.  In fact, there is evidence that the appendix is in fact the primary sensing organ in the gut that sends messages to the brain.  The gut is known as the second brain.  It senses the environment in the body as well as outside the body.

If surgery is a must then the patient should increase protein.  The best protein to consume is whey protein in powder form from grass fed cows.  You will need 1 gram of protein for each 10 pounds of body weight.  Protein along with the other nutrients help to build and heal the body.

I just wanted to add two other things you can do to speed up your recovery process:

1. Consume bone soup

2. Use sulfur based foods like eggs and other foods that have that sulfur smell.  You could also supplement with sulfur.
