What is the instruction as per the Holy Quran for consumption of fish. As it is mentioned that dead or killed animals are prohibited if the slaughter of the animal is not as per the way taught be Islam.

assalam,any thing that comes out from water and is islamicaly accepted there is no any need for slaughtering.
