You must have other symptoms: digestive problems, high blood pressure, skin problems.  Try to find multiple points to  form a picture of what is wrong.

Usually something is getting into the body inappropriately.  The number one place that invaders get into the body is through food.  You must find the problem foods which cause the digestive system to be distressed.  Eliminate those foods.

Ibuprofin is a Non-steroidal anti-imflammtory drug (NSAID).  Do your research and you will see that these drugs can have deadly side effects.  You better rethink this strategy.

Try using Melatonin which is a natural relatant before you go to bed.

See this from the Daily Mail:

The 'safe' painkiller that is turning unsuspecting women into drug addicts

  • Co-codamol is a painkiller containing paracetamol and codeine
  • Over the past decade, the number of prescriptions for it have doubled
  • The majority of addicts are not men, but women
I think having a good look at your multiple symptoms and what foods are upsetting your digestive symptoms.

Let us know how you do.
