My neighbour was serving with C I S F at nasik. He was dismissed from service. Facts as - one lady made written complaint to commandand.that this serving constable keep calling her with unwanted ***ual demand. then he was suspended then enquary conducted. report was file with observation that the complainant has recorded audio conversation in her mobile is seems to be the voice of the constable. On this assumption he was dismissed from service. No ****ysis was done. He filed appeal as well as revision however same order passed. Pls give some solution with citation which say on asumption NP can be held guilty. Thank you.
