I have lived in my house for the last twenty years. My back garden has had a gateway into the local pubs carpark since before 1963. It is no longer a pub and has been bought by a investment company which has in turn blocked off my right of way. Have removed the obstruction as there was no consultation on their part at all. Where do I stand with this?

You havent broken any laws on the face of it, but you obviously would want to ensure that your right of way, if indeed you have one, is preserved. Do you have a right on your deed for your land ?
