My mother and myself are living in flat situated in co ho so for last 40 years. The flat was transferred in My mother's name by way of nomination of my father. Now our society is going for redevelopment and my two  married sister want the flat. My mother is 88 years old. The  society is pressuring me to vacate the flat since I am residing the flat. my worry is in case something happens to my mother while redevelopment process is going my sister will object to transfer the flat in my name and then I will be evicted from the flat. I want to pay sister but they are accepting less than possession of the flat. What I have to do
