I am the join owner of the joint land.  I have applied for partition, to get a suitable passage to my already constructed house. 7 years have been passed the other co-sharers not want to provide a suitable passage as they occupied more land than his shares.  I have approached to Ist grade Magistrate-cum Tehsildar  to deduct the land from my share and provide minimum 2mtr wide passage,  keeping in view the  family ritual and other functions. He visited the site and provide me the same, but the other co-sharers filed an appeal in the SDM court.

In the recent days I was going to my house through a Govt. Kuhal/land which is not functioning as Kuhal from last more than 40 years, but 2months back, the other co-sharers who have filed the suit restrained this passage by putting bricks on it.  Now I have no way to go to my house.  I have reported the same to Police, Tehsildar(for encroachment) and also SDM for (Nuisance), but no fruitful result has come.  Whenever, in the past the same co-sharers stopped this passage in two times and with the intervention  of SDM & Police he opened the same and given in written in front of Gram Panchyat Pardhan, will  not block this passage in future, but inspite of that he again do the  same, whereas the status of the land is Govt. Kuhal.

At present, I have no passage to go to my house, I live out of my native place and it is very difficult for me as well as my family to go to home.

Your suggestion is invited, that what I can do to get a permanent as well as a temporary passage to go my house, to look after the house as well as other property lying in the house.
