After being admitted to a medical college and paid 50% of the total fees , it is found that the course is not accredited by the tertiary education Commission as per the law. The college has been requested to refund officially. The College does not give any reply in writing but says "you have chosen to go and the course will be accredited in the future'. In the meantime I have been offered another seat in a different college and had to choose and obviously the accredited course has been chosen in the second college. How far refund is mandatory and what are my chances of winning this case ?
