how do i find out if i owe restitution to alabama. i was on probation there and in ga, but probation ended while incarcerated in ga. on a seperate charge. i didnt owe ga anything and was told i was finished with ala and ga probation. but i cant get my ga drivers license reinstated due to a hold in ala. can anyone advise please? it has taken me 8 months to find a job because i have no license. cant apply for an ID or replacement ss card without a license. Please help!!
