I am about to give a badly needed makeover to the external wooden balcony. Now my carpenter told me that I either change parts of the wood which will cost me almost half the price of a new one, which is quite expensive for me, or a new one which I dare not imagine as the price is skyhigh and just cannot afford it. Does the government give any compensation on a new one?  Or even if I decide to change parts needed or do it in aluminium will the government give me a compensation? About the color, are there any particular colors I am obliged to use for both wooden and aluminium? I wish to paint the door and window cherry red, but what about the aluminium balcony? Someone told me that only green and brown are allowed. I will be very grateful if an explanation will be given in detail about type, color and refund. thank you. looking forward to get a reply.
