We will try to explain everything that is known so far about "false boobs" and silicone implants which are used for breast augmentation. Answers may be repeated at times because the information given is made didactically depending on your questions. In doing so, we wanted to make the comprehensive information given herein more realistic to daily life and bring it closer to your own interests. But why be so radical? That's because it is definitely the most striking and misused theme by the media, especially in the field of aesthetic surgery. We will quote the latest studies from recent American literature, as the USA is the world leader in this field by experience and the number of surgical operations performed. Questions and problems will be reviewed in two parts. In the first part we will answer the most frequently asked questions (FAQ) posed by women in our own clinic.

What is the real value of using silicone implants for *******?
Silicone implants for breast enhancement were developed over 35 years ago as a method of reconstructing ******* in women who have had ******* removed due to cancer. Since then, until the present day, several million women have had implants fitted in the US. Of course, the majority of cases were due to the aesthetic desire to increase breast size. Over the past 15 years we have made over 1,500 breast implant operations at our clinic.
