I know that *** is important.  But a healthy relationship goes far beyond *** itself.  To have a healthy relationship you have to be healthy yourself.  What do you think?

Try this:

  • Supplement with the 90+ vitamins and minerals everyday
  • Increase Omega 3, Essential Fatty Acids from cod liver oil, coconut oil, flax seed oil
  • Improve sugar metabolism by using Vanadium and Chromium
  • improve digestion by taking glycine, lysine, digestive enzymes
  • Reduce blood pressure naturally by using Magnesium, Niacin, Argenine, Carnitine, Taurine
  • Use bone soup, apple cider vinegar with meals, lemon water throughout the day
  • Do deep belly breathing slowly through the nose several times per day
  • Use fermented foods like yogurt, kefir, kombucha, kimchi, sauerkraut

Just follow those things I listed above.  Unless you have some other issue about being healthy.  What do you have in mind?
