Sultanate of Oman (Social Security Directorate) is holding my dues for the reason that i've not reached the age of 60..

I worked in the private sector for nearly 17 years..I left the service 6 months ago valuntarelly...

The dues i and the establishment that i worked for have contributed monthly during my 17 years service as per their law and now they're refusing to release it..

I dont have another income now that i'm jobless,except the very little amount i get monthly from my ex_employer.. 

Iam seriously suffering from this and not being able tp get my life back to normal....

The employee incharge has asked me to prove that i'm medically unfit...

Someone else has suggested i should go to a lawyer but i cant afford that...

Please advise.....
