You can receive an offer to attend a meeting.  You can become a student.  You can arrange to have a school invite you to learn their language.   You can get a legitimate job offer perhaps to teach your language or a trade which you have.  Use an immigration attorney to file your application.  If you have a medical condition that is corroborated by your doctor perhaps you can apply to receive medical treatments.

You might also find that applying for visas in some countries ie easier than others.
