You really have not given us enough information to help you.  Does it itch?  Have you hurt yourself?  Did it swell up for no reason?  Is it isolated to the part mentioned?  Help us to help you.

I strongly recommend you to refer a doctor. This issue is really serious and must be discussed with an medical expert. However, as an immediate help you can do the following:-
1. Wash your inner labia with cold water and apply ice to it.
2. If it is itching too, then you can apply some anti-biotic.
3. If this is the first time you are swelling then its OK to apply antibiotic but if its something regular, you might have an infection and must refer a doctor NOW.
I hope it'll help.

YES, IT IS ISOLATED TO THE AREA MENTIONED. I DEVELOPED AN OUTBREAK OF ITCH ON MY BODY, *******, BACK OF KNEES,UNDER BRA ETC. I TOOK ANTIHISTIMINE FOR TWO DAYS. I THINK I GOT ONE ON ****** AREA ALSO, THEN LARGE SWELLING DEVELOPED AFTERWARDS.

Diet!!! If you are having reaction to something that you are eating it can manifest as itching, rashes, swelling, etc.  You find out if it is diet by eliminating foods that up set digestion and I am sure you have digestive problems.  Look for diarrhea, constipation, gas, bloating, burping, indigestion, heart burn.  Remove the foods that cause this in you from your diet.

Then you must supplement your diet in order to get the 90+ nutrients every one must absorb every day.  If you have absorption problems they must be corrected.  Most likely you have trouble absorbing fats.  That means that you will not be able to absorb the fatty vitamins like D, E, A, K plus the minerals such as Magnesium, Zinc, etc.

If  you have infection a well functioning immune system should take care of it.  If the immune system is not functioning properly then you will get an infection.  80% of your immune system is in your digestive tract.  If you have to take antibiotics maybe the infection will be controlled but you will still have the dysfunctional immune system.  Plus the good bacteria will be killed along with the bad.

So you might try the dietary approach first and see if that works before you start messing with your bacteria flora.

These are just some ideas to think about.  Of course you have to do what you think is best.

Let us know what happens.

Although You did not exactly describe the coloration, texture and appearance of your skin lesion, I think you are probably suffering from allergic dermatitis commonly caused by woolen or robber material, going by the areas you describe with secondary bacterial infection. In my opinion, look for a dermatologist. He may help you better.
