yea had problems myself recently kept getting disconnected after a very short period and had to keep reconnecting and it was so slow at connecting and complained to 3 on the 4/08/13 and it only got sorted on about the 15th of august.Im not happy as they said they would notify me when it was fixed and they havent and it wont be long before my 15 pound of credit expires. 3 dos not give a **** about its customers they could have atleast topped my credid back up by the same amount i had topped up with this month.im going back to virgin broadband thats for sure
