The first thing I had to do after having that stroke was to learn how to prevent it from happening again. This meant I had to understand why it happened in the first place. While this may seem irrelevant to you hopefully you will learn about how to maintain your own health and diet. Pay attention.
Stroke occurs when there is an obstruction in the arteries that bring blood to the brain. If such an obstruction happened in the heart we call that a heart attack. When it happens in the brain we call it a stroke. So I had to realize that I had a heart attack only in my brain.
Once I realized that the cause and the damage from lack of blood in the heart and the brain was the same thing then I could direct my attention to appropriate responses to both. What I found out is that I was and probably you are in a pre-Diabetic state. What I mean is that most people wait until a doctor tells them that they have Diabetes before they realize that they are Diabetic. The truth is Diabetes is a path we are all walking on. Some of us are further along that path towards Diabetes than others.
I know all about Diabetes because so many people in my family have died from Type II Diabetes. After my studies I learned that Diabetes was a disease of ignorance. My own father died of ignorance. He and my relatives did not have to die. But they were ignorant. Its no wonder why we are so ignorant when there is so much misinformation and disinformation out there.

The U.N. has identified 14,000 diseases. Today Obesity has also been declared a disease. The point is that there really is only one disease showing up in different parts of the body.

Dehydration; 2. Suffocation; 3. Starvation; 4. Toxification. These are the four conditions that cause cells to become dysfunctional and breakdown.
At the time of my stroke I had all four conditions. Reversing my symptoms was simply a matter of correcting the four conditions correctly. Contrary to popular myth drugs can not heal anything.
