Broke my kneecap six weeks ago and have been told that I have at least another 6 weeks until I can walk without a brace. My current brace restricts my movement and at the moment I am only on 30 degrees. I have a physio appointment in a couple of weeks when I go up to 70 degrees and I'm absolutely dreading it.
The body naturally repairs itself. You can help it do that by increasing protein by using Whey or Hemp Seed protein as well as increasing the intake of Collagen by eating gelatin and bone soup. Also make sure you are using the Sun to help you increase your Vitamin D.
