How to explain Naturism

Hello I am new to the group - I was wondering if someone could help me explain Naturism to a new person - I see it as a very healthy life style but some just see it as smutty - I am sure someone can give or point me in the right direction of a solid argument infavour of the way of life - even if it is only for a holiday.

Hi Alan, All I can add is that a person does need sunlight.  I really like nudism.  The only caution is don't burn the skin and never use sun screen they cause cancer.  Use light clothing to block the Sun.
