i dont know that is a very good question ..i guess i would need help in the way of a miracle..im not looking for a hand out but it would be something that at this point would greatly help ..even some advise on what i should do ..if someone could help me financially when i do sell the house they would be paid back with interest ...but i dont know how to overcome this by myself ..really its pathetic me even asking ..some people dont have shoes on their feet or food to eat ..i wish i had money to help people that r less fortunate i just fhought a miracle may save me ..but im selfish to even ask ...the brokers ive had to deal with have extreamly high interest rates and are taking alot of my equity ..i feel they will take everything and laugh about it when im out with no place to live ...i guess its my own fault
If you do not have an income sufficient to pay for the house you will either have to make more income or sell the house. I know there is not much income can be made in Tanzania. I used to live in Nairobi.
Also if you have a temporary financial problem try renegotiating with the lender and see if you can get a few months of not making payments and then tack that extra amount on the end of the loan.
I know Victoria, B.C. I lived in the lower mainland for 10 years. Your best bet is to negotiate with the bank for a 6 month period to restructure the loan. If they will not do that try to sell or rent your house and pay off the mortgage.
The real problem is that you have a cash flow problem and the property is too expensive. I would not try to get another loan because that will just make your financial position worse.
Another option is to have a lawyer check your loan and title documents and make sure that the bank did not defraud you. But I am assuming that your banks are not as corrupt as American banks. What you are looking for is that the bank who is foreclosing has the right to do so and that you are actually dealing with the mortgage holder. Also be sure that they did not use "robo signing" which is illegal. They have to prove that they hold the mortgage. I can help you with this if you suspect wrong doing.
As a last resort you can work for us as a modeling agent. C**** on the photo to learn more.

When a company makes you a loan they anticipate that they are buying your property. Therefore, you need to get out from under the loan as soon as possible. One way to do this might be to increase the principle payment by a bit more. If the payment is calculated based on the outstanding principle then the more you paydown the principle the faster you can get out of the loan.
If it were me I would sell the house by offering a buyer the chance to buy the house by making the payments. Some loans do not allow this. But if you can you need to get out from under this loan.
Another option. Is to apply for a new loan with better term.
Another point, you should make a claim in court for the amount of principle and interest you already paid. As you may know, if a lender forecloses on your house they will not reimburse you for the payments you actually made. The court would grant them the right to take the house for the entire amount of the loan. Technically, you should deduct the payments you paid on the loan.
