so greenshield r u saying that before my house goes under forclosure that i should go to court and claim the payments i made on my house ..princible and interest ...?? dose this mean that i get this money back or ?// im a little confused ..i live in canada ..is it the same here as where you live

Many mortgage lenders commit fraud.  You have to go through all the paperwork looking for errors and fraud.  In the meantime, you need to take legal action that might protect your investment.  If you can afford a lawyer find one that knows real estate law really well.  Let me know if you need more help.
