Excellent question.  Go to my blog and read all about the use of nutrition to prevent disease.  You will have to change the way you eat.  No processed food, no grains, no starched, no sweet fruits, no sodas.  Stay in touch.

I can give you no advice.  All I can do is give you information.

Obesity is not a medical condition.  It is a dietary condition.  It is a sign of your health as a result of diet.  The environment that you create in your body will determine what you will look like and how healthy you are.  You create that environment by the foods you eat.

Exercising alone will not cause you to lose weight.  If you have a fat belly it may be a matter of excess water retention, fat, toxicity and you instructing your body to prepare for an emergency.  In other words a belly or obesity is the body's response to some sort of stress.

What you need to do is instruct your body that everything is ok.  This is done by a lifestyle that activates the parasympathetic nervous system instead of the sympathetic nervous system.

There are four things that make a body unwell: dehydration, starvation, toxification and strangulation.  Any one of these triggers will trigger a response such as weight gain, swelling, high blood pressure, cancer and so on.  Our job is to make sure that the body is always instructed that everything is alright and there is no need to take up a defensive posture.  This may have been true thousands of years ago when the earth was a dangerous place with lots of wild animals about.  But today although we are still hard wired for fight or flight" we have no need for such defensive measures in a modern world.

Hydration - Make sure you are drinking plenty of fresh clean water every day.  Diet coke is not water.  Avoid water in plastic bottles.

Starvation - People are fat because they are starving for nutrition.  They eat the wrong things instead of the right things.  When you eat the right things you do not feel hungry any more.  But when you eat the wrong things you are hungry soon after and have to eat again.  Go to my blog and website to find what your should and should not eat.

Toxification - Your body produces a lot of waste.  It must be eliminated otherwise you will become ill.  Move your body and keep you digestive tract, lymph and sweat glands functioning well.  Many topical creams,  lotions, deoderants, artificial foods, manufactured foods and additives stop the body from eliminating waste.  This leads to sickness.  Live naturally.

Strangulation - Learn to breathe correctly ie. deep from the belly slowly in and out through the nose.  Cancer loves it when you do not properly oxygenate your body.  So do a lot of other diseases.

Failure to do any of these things will result in a stress response and ultimately lead to an early demise.  Study my blog and website to learn what to do and what not to do.

Good luck
