A case has been filed under KACOMP for recovery of money by a Bank.  The case has been dismissed by the ARC due to failure to produce documents which was genuine.  The dismissal of the case is not known to the Bank for many months.  Is there any provision under the Act for restoration of the case/reopening of the case and to decide the case or merit basis.
