I am in a similar situation and not sure what to do...where I live we have some bad law enforcement agents. trying to build a name for themselves and will go to any lengths to get it...I have no way to prove it but know for a fact that the night that the officers came to my home to illegally remove my security camera...also came into my home and removed my hand gun....he thought no one was home...but there was...the next day I was in a friends car and we were being followed by the officer in his private vehicle right before we reached our destination he pulled us over on private property... after searching the friends side he came to the passengers side and you wont believe what the officer found... yep you guessed it my hand gun and a little bag with something in it that he claimed was drugs.... I spent 50+ days in jail before the grand jury ruled no bill... but while I was in jail my car was stolen my house was robbed along with my shop. and ...even though I filed a report and gave all the info to the detectives.. it has been two years (almost) and I have heard nothing not one item recovered by them. I would love to file a law suit but not sure how to go about it...and another thing was that they had me remove my pants on a public road (a busy one at that) in front of a school bus for a cavity search but they did not proceed with the search it was strictly to demean and embarrass me.. I filed a complaint with their integrity department but of course there was nothing unprofessional that they could find so they were exonerated...I then went to the Texas Rangers and told them of the bad cop and what happened..but to date nothing has taken place I have not been righted and I want to do something...this cop was willing to break the law to ruin my life and my families.. just to earn him a name.... if anyone knows or has a suggestion I would be very grateful... thank you...

If I were you I would move out of that town. They obviously have it in for you and know your weaknesses. Most bullies will leave you alone when you are out of the way and can find no more pleasure in messing with you. My advice is get out of the way and stay out of the way.

Stay off Facebook! The police will do all they feel they must to investigate a crime. If you do not want to be investigated stay out of the way. If you want to be protected you must be willing to step forward and let your opponent know what you are doing. You can not have it both ways.

Ok, maybe you could buy a small digital recording device and record the encounters clandestinely. I do know these sorts of searches are taking place all over America with the intent of provoking a violent reaction from the people.

You might recall the two women who had a cavity search on a highway with the same rubber glove in full view of everyone. This was also in Texas.

Once you have it documented by recording I would send it in to Alex Jones of Infowars.com and John Stadtmiller of Republic Broadcasting.org. I would also try the ACLU although they are no good.

You could sue the policeman personally. However, he will come after you again. You need to find a constitutional lawyer who can represent you. If you can not afford the attorney ask him for a referral.
