Contractual capacity means whether you are eligible to get into a contract or not.
The pre requisites are: 1. THE PERSON SHOULD NOT BE A MINOR.
2. HE SHOULD NOT BE OF UNSOUND MIND
3. HE SHOULD NOT BE DISQUALIFIED BY LAW
