Hi, if I were you the first thing I would do is lose weight by not eating bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, flour, grains or sugar sweet things. No sweet fruit juices either. Nothing with high fructose corn syrup in it. Do not eat sugar substitutes neither. Drink water not pop and take a 30 minute walk every day. This will result in you losing weight.
The second thing I would do is ask your husband that there will be no *** for two weeks. There can be kissing and touching. But no intercourse.
The third thing is have him lose weight too and increase his testosterone by taking supplements like L. Arginine, Carnitine, and protein powder. He should stay away from foods that spike his blood sugar levels such as starches, flour, bread, pasta, potatoes, rice, grains and fried foods. And definitely no beer.
Finally, he should do 10 push ups and 10 stomach crunches per day.
