Supreme court of India, dismissed an appeal of an Educational Institution found guilty of negligence and ordered for the deposit of the amount with interest to be awarded as compensation to the victims of the tragedy. 

1. How much time can be taken by the institution for the deposit of the amount.

2. What action can be taken if whole of the amount as per orders of the Supreme court is not deposited?

3. If  the dispute continues in the local court, who will be responsible for the interest during the period upto the date of actual disbursement to the beneficiary.
