The idea that doing sports makes you healthy is a myth. In fact, you lose a lot of minerals when you sweat. If you do not replace them you will become very ill.
Eating fruits is another myth. Fructose found is fruit is sugar. Sugar causes inflammation and illness. Fructose is really bad because it is processed by the liver which is already burdened with detoxifying the body.
I have fibromalgia and other health activities going on with me. And the person that mention eat organic is true. I lived overseas and I was a healthy go lucky person and the activities in my health is not content at all. I am tired of all these nonformulated(tory) meds. But since, I have been here in the United States its always something new coming up about my health. I am a Gluten Free eating person and I was born that way....(no complaints).... just looking for meals in that category......
