employees are the heart of any organization. Once the employees are good then the organization will be also in better shape. Organization can not run well when employees are not satisfied. Their performance will be effected by the welfare of the organization.

 That's right, and that is called loyalty. Its found mostly in white color employees. but for most of blue color it could be just a job.

Now there are companies who offer lots of benefits and retirement plan to keep their employees. There are some who are even Hiring Industrial Psychiatric care firms for employees.

Employees are the heart of their company or institution. If we work hard then we got better future and our company also going up.
