Hi

We purchased a machine from the australian augnt of a chinese manufacturer. We have experienced nurmours failurere with loss of earnings.Although the waranty in their add is for three years the agent refuses to meet his obligations. We now find that the chinese company has a dealer here opperating with the same name as the chinese company. When we approched them they declined any responsibility saying their aggrement with the oridginal agent warrenty was only for six months

As we think the agent has no money can we sue both of them together for our losses under australian law
