Need constructive feedback on internet tool

We're looking for a constructive feedback on a tool that we're developing. It's a tool that let user comment on every site on the web (every adress to be accurate) and start a discussion "right on the site" even if there are no such options provided by the site itself. Thats why this is a place we're hoping to find a feedback - it's for people that know interent well and visit many sites every day an have an important opinion on what they see.

the tool is an extention to Chrome and Firefox browsers and can be found under this adress:

www.heerme.com 

along with an overview of the tool.

Really hoping for information if You find it useful.
