I bought a camera on 19/April/2013 at  wippy.com

Once I boght the camera they asked me identification document and credit card authorization form

so I filled that up and sent the documents. 

When I have looked the receipt of the product that I won, it states:

The subscription cost is 0 per month. You can choose to cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Service by email at info@wippy.com.

I thought no other fees are required and waited 2 weeks for the product to be arrived. 

But what I have found was another $60 taken from my back account. 

I read terms and conditions and it says about the memebrship fees but it doesn't mention that

I am automatically joined the membership. Also it states that

if I am a member, there will be details of membership at "my account" section, however, nothing was shown in that section.

I closed the bank account because they have my scan of ID, is it possible to claim for the money back?

Can I cancle the transactions which is done in sevreal days ago?
