Dripping leakages from upper floor bathrooms and kitchens into lower floors.

Does any one have solutions for dripping and actively leaking concrete slab ceilings? The upper floor resident is hostile and is refusing to accept that the leak originates from his bathroom which has ceramic tiles. I am not allowed to even have a look inside the flat. The leakage is particularly heavy in the morning and late evenings- in sync with the departure and arrival of the upper floor residents who are out at work the whole day.

Can it be fixed by any procedure where it can be fixed from my ceiling itself and without damaging the upper floor bathroom? I am willing to bear all the expenses as I have suffered too long and am at my wit's end now.

Any advice would be helpful. Thanks
